Beginning on 4 August 1970 in Vung Tau, Vietnam, the Hector Crew begain repairs to the USS Rogers after she
collided with a commercial tug the previous evening.  94 hours later the Rogers departed sporting a new bow.
875 man-hours and $1,100 in material were expended to do the job.
